Clifford Sweigart,
Insurance Producer & Owner
Prior to entering the insurance industry, Clifford was employed in the agriculture industry for over 30 years.
He has over 20 years of insurance experience and started Weaver Insurance Group Inc. in 2011.
When he is not in the office- you can find him at the cabin, helping family and friends with a work project or planting trees on his farm.
Reuben Ziegler, Insurance Producer
Reuben has been with Weaver Insurance since 2015 and handles Ag-Business, Commercial, Farm and Personal Lines. Reuben grew up in the ag community working on his family’s poultry farm and local dairy operations. Aside from insurance, he and his wife manage their real estate portfolio and own a local small business. His background in Agriculture and current business ventures allow for a firsthand understanding of customers’ needs.
Reuben resides in Elizabethtown with his wife and children. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and being active in their church.
Lauren Rineer (Sweigart),
Office Manager
Lauren has been working for Weaver Insurance Group for 7 years and has enjoyed developing relationships with all of the customers through servicing their accounts.
Her main priority is to ensure business is running smoothly and looks to help our clients and employees in any way that she can.
Darryl Graham, Insurance Producer
Darryl has over 30 years of insurance experience. Prior to working as an insurance producer, Darryl was the Vice President of Underwriting for a Mutual insurance company.
His experience on both the company and agency side makes him a valuable asset to our team.
Darryl is exceptional at servicing his customers and helping to provide tailored insurance coverage to their needs.
Courtney Longenecker, Certified Insurance Service Representative
Courtney joined Weaver Insurance Group in 2021. She has since obtained her insurance license and obtained the Certified Insurance Representative designation.
If you call in to the office- Courtney is one of our office staff to assist you with policy changes, payment questions or quoting assistance.
Scott Sweigart, Insurance Producer
Prior to working with Weaver Insurance Group Inc. Scott grew up in the agricultural community.
His experience in both the agricultural field and commercial trucking lends to understanding our clients insurance needs.
Bob Lee, Insurance Producer & Certified Customer Service Representative (CISR)
Bob has been in the insurance industry since 1982 when he started to work for his grandfather at the Charles R. Phipps Agency and has serviced his clients since.
We welcomed Bob to our agency in 2020.
